Conditions of Entry & Requirements

Your Safety is Our Priority: To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests at the TreeTop Challenge, the following Conditions of Entry apply to all our parks (Mount Tamborine, Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, and Sunshine Coast). By purchasing a ticket or entering our premises, you agree to be bound by these conditions.

1. General Conditions
Waiver Requirement:
All participants must sign a Release of Liability Waiver prior to climbing.

Under 18s: A parent or legal guardian (18+) must sign the waiver on behalf of any minor.
Under 14 Supervision: Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult (18+) at all times while at the park.
Right to Refuse Entry: Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest who fails to comply with staff instructions, behaves aggressively, or poses a safety risk to themselves or others. No refunds will be given in these circumstances.
Alcohol & Drugs: We have a strict 0.00% BAC policy.
Any person suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be refused entry.

2. Physical & Medical Requirements
Weight Limit: Maximum 120kg (strictly enforced).
Height Requirement: TreeTop Challenge Adventure Parks: Must reach 160cm with palms stretched above head.
Juniors Course: Suitable for children aged 4-9.
Health Warning: Our activities require a moderate level of physical exertion and mental stress.
Participation is NOT recommended for persons with:
-Pregnancy
-Brittle bones (Osteoporosis)
-Heart conditions or high blood pressure
-Recent surgeries or back/neck injuries
-Epilepsy (unless medically cleared)
Pre-Existing Conditions: You participate at your own risk. The TreeTop Challenge takes no responsibility for the aggravation of pre-existing medical conditions.

3. Clothing & Equipment
Footwear:
Closed-in shoes (sneakers/runners) are mandatory. No thongs, sandals, or Crocs.
Hair: Long hair must be tied back low and tight (to fit under the helmet).
Jewellery: Minimal jewellery only. Dangling earrings, necklaces, and loose rings should be removed.
Equipment: All safety gear (harness, helmet, gloves) is provided. Personal climbing gear is not permitted.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Weather:
We operate in most weather conditions, including rain. Sessions are only cancelled if conditions are deemed dangerous (e.g., lightning, high winds).
Refunds: If sufficient notice is given (more than 24 hours) you will be able to request a refund. Notice given inside 24 hours will not be eligible for a refund however may rescheduled. Fees apply. Bookings through third parties will not be eligible for refunds unless we have to cancel your session due to extreme weather conditions.
Late Arrivals: Please arrive 15 minutes before your session. Late arrivals may miss their safety briefing and be unable to climb.
  • Tree Top Challenge is generally open 7 days per week. Please view session times on each attraction to view their individual public sessions. We are closed on:
    Christmas Day (December 25)
    Boxing Day(December 26)
    New Years Day (January 1)
    ANZAC Day (April 25)
  • Children that are under 14 years of age attending the TreeTop Challenge inside Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary will be need to have a parent or guardian over the age of 18 accompany them into Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary. Fee’s apply. Conditions Apply.

The privacy of our patrons is very important to us. As part of our waiver process, we collect certain personal information necessary for our operations and to assist in the safety and integrity of our activities. We collect identifying information about you so we know who is using our services. We collect health related information so we are better informed to make a decision as to whether you should ride on our equipment. We collect emergency contact information so we can contact that person in the event that there is an issue in your participation.”
We store this information securely and take all reasonable measures to protect it from unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure. This data is for internal use and is accessed only by authorised personnel when necessary for operational or safety purposes. We will not sell, rent, or disclose your personal information to third parties without your explicit consent, unless required by law. We will from time to time review our collected personal information, and delete information that we no longer need.
