Trust the Harness: It can hold a truck! If you lose your balance, just sit back into the harness and reset.
Zipline Landing: As you approach the end of a zipline, lift your legs and prepare to land on your feet (or drag your heels if instructed) to absorb the momentum.
Pacing: Don't rush the Green courses. Use them to perfect your technique so you are efficient by the time you hit the Red and Black courses.
Sunsmart: Yes, we are under a tree canopy, but it is still smart to apply sunscreen and wear sunglasses (if they fit tightly or you have a strap)
Hydration: It gets hot in the canopy! Drink water before you start and utilise the water stations in between courses.
Fuel: A small snack before you climb is a great idea, like a banana or some juice, to help you keep going for longer, this is a physical activity!
Valuables: Any loose items you take into our parks are at your own risk. You are welcome to bring an action-camera or phone during your experience, but please make sure you use appropriate mounts or attachments to ensure it doesn't drop below.
